Professional Mentor Interest Registration

We are inviting professionals who are open to offering career exposure, job shadowing, or real-world insight to young people navigating what comes next after high school.

This is not traditional youth mentoring. Instead, mentors support participants by:

• Allowing brief job shadowing opportunities
• Sharing what a typical workday looks like
• Answering questions about career paths, education, and decision-making
• Providing perspective on how careers evolve over time
   

No teaching or formal mentoring experience is required. Participation is flexible and structured around your availability, comfort level, and professional environment.
