Finding Your Footing

A workshop for young adults navigating what comes next.

Graduation brings freedom—but it can also bring pressure. Finding Your Footing is a one-hour, guided workshop designed for young adults who are stepping into their next season and don’t have everything figured out yet.

This session creates space to slow things down, reframe high-pressure decisions, and build confidence around next steps—without requiring certainty, commitment, or a long-term plan. Through quiet reflection and practical tools, participants will learn how to distinguish between decisions that feel permanent and those that are simply directional, expand their sense of available options, and regain a sense of steadiness during a time of transition.

This workshop isn’t about choosing a path. It’s about feeling grounded enough to take the next step.

Designed to Function

A science-based workshop on building routines that actually work.

Designed to Function is a practical, evidence-based workshop that helps young adults understand how their body and brain actually work—and how to use that knowledge to build better daily routines. Drawing on neuroscience and physiology, this session focuses on how light exposure, sleep, movement, and habits shape energy, focus, motivation, and overall well-being.

Rather than relying on discipline or willpower, participants learn how small environmental and behavioral changes can support better functioning, reduce burnout, and create momentum in everyday life. This workshop emphasizes simple, realistic strategies that can be applied immediately, making it especially valuable for young adults who feel tired, scattered, or stuck.

Designed to Function is not about optimization or perfection, it is about learning how to work with your biology so daily life feels more manageable and sustainable.

Money & Momentum

A practical workshop on building financial confidence and stability

Money & Momentum is a practical, confidence-building workshop designed to help young adults understand how money actually works and how everyday financial decisions shape long-term stability and independence.

This session breaks down real-world topics like paychecks and taxes, spending without guilt, credit and debt, and the importance of early saving—without overwhelm or shame. Participants learn how money moves, how to avoid common financial traps, and how small, intentional choices can create momentum over time.

Rather than focusing on wealth or perfection, Money & Momentum emphasizes preparation, clarity, and informed decision-making. The goal is to help young adults feel more confident navigating finances, so money becomes a tool, not a source of stress.
